Who knows how much water we’ll need, but 3 gallons a day a person, sounds like a lot of milk cartons in my garage, so I’m excited to have my AquaDrum. The video I watched talked about so many options, also, about pumps, very informative! But, the main thing is actually having pure, clean drinking water. The Aqua Drum is the smartest purchase I’ve made so far. I’m truly excited to be prepared, but hopefully, I’ll never need to use it.

Just a few squeezes and the barrel pressurizes and the water gets passed through the filter and out the spigot. I bought the AquaDrum filter system for emergency prep reasons. I’ve tried it out to make sure it worked properly and really am happy with the way it works. It’s easy to use, just putting the filter in my water storage tank and using the pump that came with the system was a breeze. The water came out of the barrel rapidly and it tasted fresh as the day I put it in (not saying how long ago that was..I’m embarrassed to admit it) So, I really am happy with the system. I know if needed, I’ll have clean, drinkable water at the ready!
The AquaDrum system works great. I screwed the filter cap assembly on one side of the drum, used the hand pump to pressurize, and had a great stream of water coming out of the spigot. I have not rotated the water in my drums for about 8 years and had in the back of my mind if the water would be safe to drink if needed, now I’m covered.
It never occurred to me I might need to filter the water stored in my 55 gallon drum alongside my house. Great idea since I have only changed the water twice in the last 6 years. Thanks for the innovative product. Problem solved.

I have used the Aquamira water basics pump in the past and had some problems with it and wanted to try this out. It worked great! It was easy to put on and worked quickly as promised. The pieces are all top quality and this pump was much more effective than the Aquamira. Water came flowing out and tasted good. Good emergency prep gear to have on hand. I bought the AquaDrum filter and pump kit and am pleased with the way it works. Very easy to use and the water flows out fast and tastes good. Going to order 4 more kits for my kids for Christmas!
